This information and these video are from a group of individuals with diverse backgrounds brought together through Alzheimer’s Tennessee Memory Cafe and the shared experience of living with dementia.
The purpose for writing this pamphlet is to help others adjust to a diagnosis and ultimately to live with a better sense of well-being.
