How to Claim Credits—NOTE: Instructions Were in Email to All Registrants
ANCC Nursing Credits
- Ballad Health supplies the nursing credits. You will receive your nursing certificate via email about 3 weeks following the conference.
AAFP Credits
- The Department of Continuing Education for Health Professionals will issue your AAFP Certificate of Participation. You must email geracit@etsu.edu (Terry Geraci) to request your certificate. Please use a subject line of "Request for AAFP Certificate".
APA Credits
- Please be certain that the profession and degree fields in your CloudCME profile are populated correctly as this is how our system determines the proper credit type for each individual. Upon completion of the post-test and evaluation, your APA certificate is available to print. Click hereto check your profile in CloudCME.
CCMC
- The Department of Continuing Education for Health Professionals will issue your CCMC Certificate of Participation. You must email geracit@etsu.edu (Terry Geraci) to request your certificate. Please use a subject line of "Request for CCMC Certificate".
NAB Credits
- The Department of Continuing Education for Health Professionals will issue your NAB Certificate of Participation.You must email geracit@etsu.edu (Terry Geraci) to request your certificate. Please use a subject line of "Request for NAB Certificate" and be sure to include your NAB number. NOTE: NAB has a deadline for obtaining credits. Please be sure to request your certificate within 7 days of the conference.
NASW Credits
- Karen Franklin, Director of the NASW-TN office advised, "social workers do not need formally approved CEU's. They should be directed to contact their licensing board for rules and regulations and retain documentation of their course attendance/participation."
- Upon completion of the post-test and evaluation, print your Certificate of Participation. Then submit that certificate with the course agenda to claim NASW credits.
Physician Credits & Participation Credits
- Once you have completed the post-tests and evaluations, your transcript will automatically show the proper credits.
